My yoga journey began as a way to improve my overall wellness through exercise. I chose yoga because it not only strengthens the body but also enhances flexibility and promotes holistic well-being, and it can be practiced anywhere. My first experience with yoga was at Real Yoga, and I’ve been practicing for 13 years—still going strong!
Yoga has brought me countless benefits, helping me become more relaxed, calm, and centered. It significantly relieved my neck and shoulder stiffness, allowing me to open up and achieve greater ease in my practice. My personal struggles with tight shoulders and limited mobility gave me deep insight into shoulder opening, which has now become my specialty. This journey of growth and improvement continues to fuel my passion for yoga.

What I Love About Teaching Yoga
I love learning from my students. Every body type on the mat reflects a unique character and personality off the mat. Teaching is an exciting and enriching process—each body responds differently to the same asana, and this variation deepens my understanding of anatomy and improves my own practice.
My Favourite Quote
Stay patient and trust your journey. A little progress each day adds up to big results.

When I'm not on the mat
I love traveling and exploring new places. Each adventure brings fresh perspectives that I bring back to my practice. Life, like yoga, is about balance and discovery, and I hope to inspire my students to explore both on and off the mat.
When my student leave their class, I hope they feel
I hope my students leave class feeling lighter, not just physically, but emotionally. I want them to feel relaxed, empowered, and ready to take on life with a sense of peace and clarity. Yoga is a journey of coming home to yourself, and I hope my students carry that sense of connection with them.
